Insurance Coverage –
We handle paperwork from your venue, and if your venue requires an adjusted Certificate of Insurance (COI), we’ll prepare the document.

Our user-friendly tools let you create interactive playlists, answer key questions, and build a detailed timeline—all from your phone! Create a music playlist and start curating your perfect soundtrack.
Review Meeting –
As your event approaches [3-4 weeks before the event date], we’ll connect to review name pronunciations, key moments, audio and lighting design arrangements, and important last-minute details to ensure everything is flawlessly executed.
Day-of-Event –
On event day, our team arrives at least an hour early to set up equipment, perform soundchecks or tests, and ensure every detail is flawless—so when the party starts, everything runs seamlessly.
